摘要
高等教育研究的社会责任是一个重要的时代命题。基于高等教育在经济社会中的重要作用以及问责制的影响,高等教育研究应负起社会责任。为制定和宣传政策服务、探寻实践中介和直接服务实践以及研究、应用理论对高等教育的发展及其挑战及时提出预测、预警是高等教育研究应承担的具体社会责任。研究者要不断学习,提升理论修养,这是承担社会责任的基础。研究者要加强自律,学术共同体也要对研究者实施他律,如此研究者履行好社会责任才能落到实处。
The social responsibility of higher education research is an important issue of the times. Determined by the important role of higher education in an economic society and the influence of the accountability system, higher education research should undertake social responsibility by helping to make and publicize policies, ex- ploring practice intermediary and directly serving practice, making research and using theories to predict the development of higher education and the challenges it may meet and also to offer early-warning in this respect. Higher education researchers should keep learning to improve their theoretical quality because it is the founda- tion of their taking up social responsibility. And on the one hand, they should strengthen self-discipline; on the other hand, academic community should restrict them so that they can perform their social responsibility.
