盐酸法舒地尔治疗缺血性脑卒中临床疗效分析 被引量：10

摘要 目的探讨盐酸法舒地尔用于缺血性脑卒中治疗的临床有效性及安全性。方法将河池市第一人民医院神经内科收治的缺血性脑卒中患者146例,随机分为治疗组84例,对照组62例,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用盐酸法舒地尔20mg/次,2次/d,14d为一个疗程,观察两组病例在治疗前后临床神经功能缺损程度评分变化,并观察有无头痛、恶心、腹泻、皮疹、失眠等不良反应发生。结果两组患者治疗14d后神经功能缺损评分均有下降,治疗组下降更为显著。结论法舒地尔对于缺血性脑卒中患者的临床疗效满意,不良反应少,用药安全。
