摘要
[目的]探究彭万年教授经验方治疗石瘿患者的疗效。[方法]采用温补脾肾、行气活血为基本大法,用四君子汤合小柴胡汤加减,对1例石瘿患者进行治疗。[结果]该患者以上方随症加减调理1年余,生存质量得到了极大的改善。[结论]以温补脾肾为法,用四君子汤合小柴胡汤加减治疗石瘿患者,可获良好疗效,值得临床推广。
[Objective] To explore the cure effect of Pro.Peng Wannian＇s recipe treating stony goiter.[Method] Take the basic method of warmly nourishing spleen and kidney and activating Qi and blood,as well as revised Sijunzi Decoction and Small Chaihu Decoction,to a case of stony goiter.[Result] After 1 year,his life quality was much better.[Conclusion] The said method above treating the disease can get good cure effect,worthy clinical promotion.
