摘要
对话教学是就业指导课的一种有效的教学模式,有助于激发学生学习积极性、主动性,提高学生对所学知识的运用能力。本文主要探讨对话教学的内涵与特征以及功能,介绍其在就业指导课程教学中的应用和效果,以期促进就业指导课程的发展。
Conversational teaching is an effective teaching model which can stimulate students ＇ enthusiasm for learning,and to improve their ability to use the knowledge.This article mainly explores the meaning and characteristics of conversational teaching,as well as its application and effect in the course of employment guidance,in order to prove the conversational teaching.
