摘要
目前在民用建筑上已广泛将各类轻质隔板应用于隔墙材料,如GRC板、FGC板、增强石膏板、粉煤灰板、泰柏板、GY板等功能类似的轻质隔墙板。但是,各种轻质隔板在安装及使用过程中的开裂问题,不仅严重影响了工程的质量和用户的使用,也是业主入住后投诉较多的一个问题。经过对多例墙板裂缝进行分析,阐述了墙板发生裂缝的原因并提出了一种轻质隔墙板新型连接方式来有效防治施工裂缝。
At present in the civil building, various kinds of light partition panels have been widely applied as wall materials, such as GRC board, FGC board, enhanced plasterboard, fly ash board, the Thai cypress board and GY board, with similar use functions. But, the cracking problem in installation and use process not only seriously affect the engineering quality and the use of users, but also is the problem that has been more com- plained by owners. After investigation and analysis of cracking of some wallboards, this paper expounds the cause of wallboard cracking and puts forward a new connection mode of light partition panels to prevent con- struction cracks.
