肝细胞癌组织中Fas抗原和bcl-2蛋白的表达 被引量:1

摘要 目的 了解Fas抗原及bcl2蛋白在肝癌中的意义。方法 用流式细胞技术对26例肝细胞癌(HCC)癌组织及相应硬变肝组织,以及14例正常肝组织中Fas抗原和bcl2蛋白的表达进行分析。结果 上述3种组织中均测到Fas抗原和bcl2蛋白。HCC组织中Fas明显高于硬变肝组织中的表达(P<0.05),而与正常肝组织Fas表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。bcl2在肝癌组织中明显低于正常肝组织表达(P<0.05),与硬变肝组织相比表达无统计学差异(P>0.05)。癌组织中Fas与bcl2表达无相关性(r=0.351,P>0.05)。结论 Fas和bcl2在上述3种组织的表达,表明3种组织均有细胞凋亡存在,Fas介导的凋亡异常可能在肝硬化、肝癌发病机理上起重要作用。 Objective To investigate the significance of Fas antigen and bcl 2 protein in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) and normal liver. Methods The expression of Fas antigen and bcl 2 protein in tumors and the surrounding noncancerous liver tissues of 26 patients with HCC, and normal liver tissues were determined with flow cytometry.Results Fas antigen and bcl 2 protein were phenotypically expressed in various liver tissues, including normal subjects. The expression of Fas in HCC was significantly higher than that in the surrounding noncancerous cirrhotic liver tissues ( P <0.05), there was no significant difference of Fas expression between HCC and normal liver ( P >0.05). The expression of bcl 2 protein in HCC was significantly lower than that in normal liver ( P <0.05). The expression of bcl 2 protein in HCC was similar to that in cirrhotic liver ( P > 0.05). There was no significant correlation between Fas antigen expression and bcl 2 protein expression in HCC ( r =0.351, P > 0.05). Conclusion These results suggest that apoptotic process takes place in HCC and the surrounding noncancerous cirrhotic liver, and normal liver. Fas mediated apoptosis play an important role in the pathogenesis of cirrhosis and HCC.
