慢性精神分裂症患者血清脑源性神经营养因子水平分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)水平与慢性精神分裂症的关系。方法采用病例-对照研究设计,对患慢性精神分裂症82例及与病例组性别、年龄匹配的对照组100例患者采用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)评定病例组病情程度及其因子分;采用酶联免疫吸附试验法测定血清BDNF浓度,并与对照组比较;对病例组的血清BDNF浓度与各相关因素进行Pearson相关分析。结果病例组血清BDNF浓度[(4.37±1.95)μg/L]低于对照组[(6.54±2.21)μg/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);病例组血清BDNF浓度与BPRS缺乏活力因子分呈负相关(r=-0.315,P=0.006),与发病年龄、病程、受教育年限、BPRS总分及其他因子的相关性差异均无统计学意义。结论精神分裂症患者血清BDNF浓度低于正常人,低水平的BDNF可能是精神分裂症的一个危险因素。 Objective To explore the possible role of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) in chronic schizophrenia.Methods Eighty two patients with chronic schizophrenia(disease group) and 100 sex age,and education-matched healthy normal controls(control group) were consecutively recruited in the study.The brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS) was used to evaluate the severity of symptoms.The serum level of BDNF was detected with sandwich ELISA,and compared with the control group.Pearson correlation coefficients was used to measure the correlations between serum BDNF and the related illness variables.Results The serum level of BDNF in disease group [(4.37±1.95) μg/L] was lower than control group [(6.54±2.21) μg/L],there were significant differences(P0.05).In disease group,there were no significantly differences in the BDNF levels between paranoid subtypes of diagnoses and other subtypes.The serum BDNF levels was negatively correlated with score of BPRS absence of vigor symptoms(r=-0.315,P=0.006).Conclusion Low serum BDNF levels are possibly correlated with pathophysiology of schizophrenia.BDNF may be a pivotal marker of schizophrenia.
