摘要
目的 研究实验性面神经损伤后的再生速度。方法 在立体定位下 ,面神经核团内注射标记蛋白前体结合闪烁计数技术研究豚鼠面神经损伤后的神经再生速度。结果 用快、慢轴浆转运测出的外周面神经平均再生速度分别为 2 .84± 0 .12mm/d与 3.16± 0 .0 8mm/d ,再生延隔时间分别为 2 .6 7± 0 .11d与 1.4 0± 0 .0 7d。
Objective To study the speeds of regeneration after facial nerve injury. Methods Facial nerve nuclear injection of radioactive proteins after stereotaxic localization and the isotopic label tracer technique with liquid scintillation counting were used. Results The axons regenerated at a rate of 2.84±0.12mm/d after a delay of 2.67±0.11d in fast transport, and 3.16±0.08mm/d and 1.40±0.07d in slow transport. Conclusion The regeneration rates of the facial nerve after injury can be obtained.
