摘要
为PMU装置提供精确的相量测量算法对于提高广域测量技术的可靠性具有重要意义。一些常用的相量测量方法较易受频率波动、谐波和间谐波的干扰,测量效果并不理想。提出一种基于改进Morlet小波变换的相量及功率测量新算法。改进Morlet小波变换的等效时频窗宽度能够灵活调整而不受窗函数中心频率的限制,因而可根据测量需要获取较好的频率分辨率和动态特性。MATLAB仿真结果表明,该方法具有较好的动态响应速度,能够准确、有效地测量电力系统基波电压、电流相量、以及所派生的电气量,不受系统频率波动的影响和改进Morlet小波频率窗口外信号分量(谐波、间谐波)的干扰,且无需同步采样。
Accurate synchronized phasor measurement algorithms for phasor measurement unit (PMU) are very important for the reliability improvement of wide area measurement technologies. Some commonly used measurement algorithms are sensitive to frequency deviation, harmonics and inter-harmonics, which may lead to large en'ors in measurement. The paper proposes a novel method based on improved Morlet wavelet transform for synchronized phasor and power measurement. The equivalent bandwidth and time window of the improved Morlet wavelet transform is independent of the central fi'equency of its passhand, and can be freely adjusted by bandwidth parameter. Thus, high frequency resolution and desirable dynamic response can be achieved according to measurement requirements. The simulation results based on MATLAB show that the proposed method has desirable dynamic response, achieves high accuracy during measurement, and has immunity to frequency deviation, harmonics and inter-harmonics..
