摘要
目的 :探讨持续腰池脑脊液引流在神经外科应用的临床价值。方法 :回顾性分析 1993年 3月～ 1999年8月间 ,对 2 89例患者进行持续腰池脑脊液引流治疗 ,其中切口漏 42例 ,脑脊液算漏 2 1例 ,硬膜下积液 ,颅内感染 43例 ,蛛网膜下腔出血 161例。结果 :持续腰池脑脊液引流治疗脑脊液漏、颅内感染、蛛网膜下腔出血的治愈率为 10 0 % ,无颅内感染及脑疝等严重并发症。结论 :持续腰池脑脊液引流是一种安全、有效、微创的治疗脑脊液漏、颅内感染、蛛网膜下腔出血的方法。
Subjective:To evaluate the value of continued lumbar cerebrospinal fluid drainage(CLCFD)in the neurosurgical patients.Methods:From March,1993 to August,1999.CLCFD had been applied in 289 neurosurgical patients.42 of them had CSF leakage at the operative sites, CSF rhinorrhea in 21,accumulation of CSf at the operative sites in 26,intracranial infection in 43 and subarachnoid haemorrhage in 161.Results:Successful treatment was achieved in 100% and there was no occurrence of meningitis or herniation associated with CLCFD.Conclusions:CLCFD is a safe and highly effective treatment for CSF leaking, intracranial infection and subacranoid hemarrhage.
