摘要
以长期的湖泊蓝藻监测实践工作为基础,提出了湖泊蓝藻水华监测的点位布设、采样(频次、层次、采集量等)、分析鉴定等技术方法,以太湖为例,在对近几年蓝藻水华暴发情况进行统计分析基础上,制定了蓝藻水华状况的定性描述、蓝藻水华暴发的等级划分标准。
Based on the long-term practical monitoring work of cyanobacteria in the lake, technical meth- ods, such as site location, sampling （frequency, layer and volume） , analysis and identification were proposed. Moreover, qualitative description and ranking standard for cyanobacteria bloom were established on the basis of statistical analysis of cyanobacteria bloom in Taihu Lake in recent years.
