实验性大鼠坐骨神经损伤与再生的病理学观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的 :研究大鼠坐骨神经钳夹损伤后的病理学改变。方法 :建立大鼠坐骨神经钳夹损伤模型 ,分别于术后 1、2、3、4、6周取受损坐骨神经进行光镜电镜和免疫组化观察 ,用图像分析仪测量 3、4、6周及对照组的坐骨神经轴突的等效直径、周长和面积等 8项参数。结果 :钳夹后 1周损伤处远段神经发生华勒变性 ,钳夹后 2周神经纤维开始再生。再生轴突在第 3、4周时与正常轴突有显著差异 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1) ,第 6周时无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :坐骨神经钳夹损伤后第 6周 。 Purpose To study the pathological characteristics of rat sciatic nerve crush lesion and regeneration. Methods Model of sciatic nerve crush lesion in 36 rats was made. The nerve samples were observed light and electron microscopically, and immunohistochemically at 1,2,3,4,6 weeks after crush. Axon diameter, perimeter and other parameters were measured by image analystic system. Results Wallerian degeneration in the distal nerve happened at weeks right after cush. Nerve regeneration was seen at 2 weeks. Diameter and perimeter of regeneration axon at 3,4 weeks after crush were different from normal axon. This difference disappeared at 6 weeks. Conclusion The distal nerve segment may regeneration completely at 6 weeks after crush.
