摘要
目的 :观察益母草注射液对冠心病 (CHD)人的疗效。方法 :病人分为益母草注射液 (LHI)治疗组 (42例 )和复方丹参注射液 (CSMI)对照组 (30例 ) ,治疗前后检测患者ECG、心功能、微循环、血液流变学等指标。结果 :两组病人治疗后症状、体征及上述各项指标均有明显改善 (P <0 0 5～ 0 0 1) ,但益母草治疗组明显优于复方丹参对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :LHI对CHD有明显疗效 。
Objective:To observe the curative effects of Leonurus heterophyllus injection(LHI) on the patients with coronary heart disease(CHD). Method:The patients were divided into LHI treated group and composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection(SCMI) control group.The indexes of ECG,cardiac function, microcirculation and hemorrheology in patients were tested before and after therapy.Result:The symptoms, signs and the parameters mentioned above were obviously improved after therapy in the two groups(P<0 05～0 01),but the curative effect of LHI excelled CSMI.Conclusion; The result showed that LHI has obvious curative effects on CHD.It is more effctive than CSMI.
