摘要
厂房钢结构连续吊车梁相比目前普遍采用的单跨简支吊车梁,具有更好的竖向刚度和经济性。但由于连续吊车梁在移动荷载下的内力分析难度较大,工程设计中罕有采用。本次研究采用有限元程序,对两等跨等截面小跨度吊车梁的仿真分析,得出连续吊车梁在中轻级吊车荷载作用下的控制内力和变形挠度,对比单跨简支吊车梁,提出满足工程设计的简单实用的小跨度连续吊车梁内力计算方法。
Compared to the commonly used single-span simply supported crane beam, the building steel structure continuous crane beam has a better vertical stiffness and is more economical. However, since internal force analysis is difficult because the continuous crane beam is under moving load, it is rarely used in engineering design. The finite element program was used in this study, simulation analysis was clone to two small span crane beams of equal span and equal cross-section, control internal force and deformation deflection of the continuous crane beam under medium/light crane loads were derived, compared with the single span simply support crane beam, calculation method of simple and practical small span continuous crane beam internal force was proposed for engineering design.
