高电压下对精密电阻温度系数与电压系数的测量 被引量:11

摘要 电阻的阻值不稳定是直流电压比例标准的分压比变化的主要原因。介绍了电阻的温度系数和电压系数,针对直流电压比例标准的研制,提出了一种用高电压平衡电桥测量电阻的温度系数和电压系数的方法,并用这种方法对三种不同电阻进行了测量,得到了实际工作电压下这三种电阻的温度系数和电压系数对其阻值的影响情况。本文提出的测量方法更接近电阻的实际使用情况,能为研制直流电压比例标准进行电阻元件的选择提供依据。 The resistance instability of resistor is a major cause of the divider ratio change of DC voltage ratio standard. The temperature coefficient and voltage coefficient of resistor was introduced in this paper. Aiming at the development of DC voltage ratio standard,a measurement method for the temperature coefficient and voltage coefficient of resistor by balanced bridge with high voltage was proposed, and three different types of resistors were measured by this method, the impact of the temperature coefficient and voltage coefficient of these resistors on their resistance at their practical working voltage was obtained. The measurement method proposed in this paper is closer to the practical working voltage of resistor, and is able to provide a basis for Choosing resistor in the development of DC voltage ratio standard.
