摘要
介绍了一种集牵引、制动和排绳机构于一体的液压绞车,绞车的速度可以实时的根据载荷的变化而进行调整,且绞车的速度和排绳的速度也可以用液压控制系统进行实时的协调,从而保证绞车在牵引过程中避免乱绳、咬绳和断绳的情况,提高煤矿的安全生产效率。
Introduce a kind of hydraulic winch which is a composite system composed of pulling, braking and aligning steel rope .The speed of the winch can adjust the change of load real time, and the speed of the winch and the aligning steel rope can be controlled by the hydraulic control system for real-time coordination, which can solve the problem of the rope arranging irregularly, disordered, gripped and retained and so on, and it can improve the safety production efficiency in the coal.
