摘要
目的 研究昼夜因素对心率变异性的影响。方法 观察 2 47名正常人的日、夜间心率变异性时域、频域各指标的差异。结果 白天交感神经张力高于夜间 ,而迷走神经张力低于夜间。结论 临床HRV分析时要注意昼夜因素的影响。
Objective Investigate the day night influence on result of HRV analysis.Methods Two hundred and fourty seven healthy persons were studied.Results The HRV time and frequency domain values were different between in the night and day.The parasympathetic nerve activity was higher and the pneumogastic nerve activity was lower in the day than that in the night.Conclusion The factor of day night's effect on HRV analysis results must be considered in clinic.
