归脾汤加味治疗PCI术后心绞痛临床观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的:探讨归脾汤加味结合西医常规治疗PCI术后心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将72例患者随机分为两组,对照组30例常规进行抗血小板聚集、β受体阻滞剂、ACEI/ARB、他汀类、硝酸酯类等西药治疗,治疗组42例在对照组治疗基础上用归脾汤加味治疗。结果:临床总疗效治疗组总有效率92.9%,对照组63.3%;心电图总有效率治疗组71.4%,对照组56.7%,两组比较(P<0.05)有统计学意义。结论:归脾汤对PCI术后心绞痛的临床治疗有较好的气血双补作用,从而标本兼治,提高疗效。
