摘要
本文在分析高职学生顶岗实习期任务要求及常见适应问题的基础上,结合顶岗实习期不同阶段学生的适应困难,多角度分析帮助学生适应顶岗实习生活的教育和管理手段,以帮助学生提升自我适应能力,进而提高顶岗实习质量。
This research focus on finding out the right way to help the higher vocational students adapting their practical training life from different aspects, basing on the common problems and their developing characteristics in this period. This will help the higher vocational students to enhance their ability of self adaptation and improve the quality of the practical training life.
