摘要
调查了西部地区国有企业青年员工的生存质量状况。结果显示:国有企业男性青年员工在心理领域和环境领域的生存质量低于非国有企业男性青年;女性青年员工在社会心理领域和社会领域的生存质量高于非国有企业青年女性。
This study surveyed the life quality of young staff in the state-owned enterprises in Western areas.The results indicate that life quality of the male young staff in the state-owned enterprise in psychological domain and environmental domain are lower than that of male young staff in the non-owned-stated enterprises.While the life quality of the female young staff in the state-owned enterprise in psychological domain and environmental domain is higher than those in the non-owned-stated enterprises.
