摘要
15CrMo钢是珠光体组织耐热钢,主要用于工作温度为350～600℃范围内设备的制造。根据10T蒸汽锅炉服役运行条件及焊接质量要求,对15CrMo的焊接性进行了分析,通过选用不同的焊接材料和焊接工艺进行焊接工艺评定试验,确定了适合于生产实际的焊接工艺。
15CrMo steel is pearlite heat-resistant steel,which is widely used in equipment operating within the temperature of 350 ～ 600℃.According to 10 Tons steam boiler operating conditions and requirements for welding quality,the weldability of 15CrMo heat-resistant steel pipe has been analyzed.Through welding procedure qualification report（PQR） test by means of choosing different welding materials and welding technology,suitable welding process for practical production was identified.
