摘要
采用前馈神经网络和反向传播算法 ,对润滑油的溶剂精制过程进行了模拟 ,包括精制油性能的模拟、操作条件的模拟和原料油性能的模拟 ,模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好。利用该方法 ,可以对炼油厂润滑油溶剂精制过程的生产和管理进行指导。
The feedforward neural network with backward propagation calculation was utilized to simulate the process of lube oil solvent extraction. The work included simulations of raffinate oil properties, processing conditions and feed oil properties. The simulated result showed that the predicted data agreed well with the experimental ones.
