摘要
以往的研究中将封隔器封隔元件的剪应力看作均匀分布于胶筒表面 ,而这不能很好地描述实际应力状态。为此 ,按轴向应力线性分布和非线性分布两种情况 ,对封隔元件在压差作用下胶筒与井壁间的剪应力进行了理论分析 ,认为周边剪应力分布受胶筒内轴向应力分布的影响。轴向应力按一次幂函数分布虽然能表达出其应力分布情况 ,但剪应力为一常数 ;而轴向应力按二次幂函数分布来描述其剪应力 ,则剪应力为线性函数分布 。
The shear stress between the packer rubber and the borehole wall under differential pressure is analyzed. The result shows that, the axial stress is distributed as linear power function, the shear stress is a constant, the actual stress distribution cannot be described accurately; while the axial stress is distributed as quadratic power function, the shear stress can be described accurately with linear distribution.
