摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗泌尿系结石的临床疗效。方法:将160例患者随机分为治疗组80例和对照组80例。对照组采用单纯西医治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用自拟排石汤。1个疗程后观察疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为92.3%,对照组有效率为82.5%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗泌尿系结石疗效确切。
Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for urinary calculi.Methods：160 cases were radomly divided into the treatment group of 80 cases and the control group of 80 cases.The control group was treated by western medical treatment,the treatment group was additionally given self quasi Paishi decoction on the basis of the control group.Curative effects were observated after one coures of treatment.Results：The effective rate was 92.3% in treatment group and 82.5% in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of urinary calculi curative effects.
