自升式平台特殊构件为传递极端载荷并有应力集中的重要构件 ,其修理应在验船师的监督下进行 ,修理工艺应符合相关规范、标准的要求。
The ′special members′ of the self elevating rig are regarded as important primary structural elements of the rig, on these members, the stress concentration may occur and the critica1 load will transfer, so it is suggested that the repairing of these members has to be complied to the requirements of the relevant Rules and Codes and the repairing work has to be performed under the supervision of the Surveyor.
