摘要
用高效液相色谱法通过条件选择实验 ,采用硅胶柱串联氨基柱作固定相 ,正己烷作流动相 ,选择示差折光检测器 ,对石脑油中烷烃和芳烃含量进行测定 .该方法的回收率为 96.71 %~ 1 0 4 .63%,标准偏差小于 1 .与气相色谱法进行数据对照 ,结果较准确 .气相色谱法测定烷烃、芳烃含量需两个半小时 ,而该方法测定仅需 9分钟 ,节省了时间 .可见 ,该方法准确、简便、快速 .同时为高效液相色谱法测定柴油族组成打下基础 .
With high performance Liquid Chromatography the author determined the content of paraffin and aromatic hydrocabon in naphta.By doing condition selection experiment,with series silicagel column as fixed-phase and amino column as flow-phase,and by using refract light inder detector,hexane was selected.The reclamation of this method was between 96.71% and 104.63%.The standard deviation was not more than 1.The result was accurate by contrasting data with Gas-Chromatography.It took us two and a half hours to determine the content of paraffin and aromatic hydrocarbon in naphtha with Gas-Chromatograph,but this method needed only nine minutes .It was evident that the method was accurate,easy and quick.It laid a basis for determining the content of paraffin aromatic hydrocarbon in diesel oil with Liquid-Chromatography.
