摘要
当前,我国学前教育呈现快速发展。同时,随着改革发展的深入,根本性、深层次问题进一步凸现,学前教育事业面临发展与深层矛盾交织的现实。其中,学前教育政策缺失问题使我国学前教育发展遭遇困境。为保障学前教育事业科学、健康、可持续发展,需进一步从高位入手,顶层设计我国学前教育政策,着力突破我国财政投入政策、教师队伍建设政策和基础教育学校建设政策,从根本上调整和完善我国学前教育发展政策,弥补国家教育政策的重要空缺。
Currently, early childhood education in China has not only achieved remarkable achievements, but also faces many challenges. With the in-depth development of reform, the fundamental problems have come into being, the undertaking of early childhood education is confronted with the reality of the combination of development with deep contradictions. And the deficiency of early childhood education policy has led to the dilemma of early childhood education development. In order to safeguard the scientific, healthy and sustainable development of early childhood education, it is a necessity for us to design early childhood education policy at top-level by exerting ourselves in breaking through the problems as financial input, teaching staff construction, and the construction of kindergarten, etc., so as to adjust and improve the policy of early childhood education development, and make up the vacancy of national education policy.
