摘要
在研究虚拟现实技术、数控加工技术的基础上 ,开发了主要包括车间、机床、夹具等场景的仿真虚拟加工环境 ,该场景包括三坐标铣削加工中心等 5台机床 .实现了仿真加工能力 ,提供了用户漫游功能 .同时 ,该环境实现了对零件可加工性的评价。
On the basis of the research of the virtual reality technology and NC machining techniques, we developed an actual simulating virtual machining environment. It maily includes the scenes of word-shop, machine and jig, ect. The workshop has five machines including three-axismachining center, which realizes the capacity of simulating of machine, and the workshop can be roamed by users. This virtual machining environment can also assess the machinability of parts the rationability of machine and machine parameters of tool and the NC codes can be tested in this environment.
