摘要
为避免投资浪费和投资失控 ,根据建设项目投资的运动特点和表现形式 ,将建设项目投资风险划分为 8种基本类型 ,并详细论述了每种基本类型的特点 ,对不同阶段的投资风险提出了防范和化解措施 ,保证合理使用人、材、物力 ,把项目投资控制在计划投资额内 。
Phenomenon of investment waste and getting out of control is a sort of common failing in our country. According to the character and behaviour of constructing project investment, we divide construction project investment risk into several basic models and then discuss them. Based on different stage of investment risk, we put forward different countermeasures. So that wise response is made of personnel and resources and see that the project investment is in firm control and the optimal investment yield is achieved.
