摘要 介绍了基于ASME PTC 6汽轮机性能试验规程进行汽轮机性能验收试验时,系统修正计算中的压力修正方法和焓值确定方法。通过对3种不同功率的汽轮机的算例进行了计算分析,验证了不考虑温度和干度变化的简化计算方法具有足够的精度,完全可在高精度汽轮机性能验收试验中应用;讨论了确定焓值时的等温法、缸效率截取法和膨胀线截取法的特点和优劣。得出使用缸效率截取法优于等温法和缸效率截取法的结论。 Introduced pressure correction method and the method of determining the enthalpy in system corrections of steam turbine performance acceptance test based on ASME PTC 6 performance test code for steam turbines. Through the sample calculation for three different power steam turbines, and verifies the simplified calculation method of not consider temperature and dryness has enough precision and can fully application in high precision performance acceptance test for steam turbines ; DiscusSed the characteristics, advantage and disadvantage of isothermal method, turbine cylinder efficiency interception method and turbine expansion line interception method. Drawn a conclusion of that using turbine cylinder efficiency intercepted method is better than the isothermal method and the turbine expansion line interception.
