摘要
目的对成都市两所三级甲等综合医院传染科护士使用个人防护装备(Personal protective equipments,PPE)的意向进行调查,为相关的护士培训提供依据。方法应用《护士对使用PPE意向》调查量表中文修订版对接受调查的传染科护士进行测评,描述研究对象使用PPE的行为意向。结果本组82.5%的传染科护士对使用PPE持积极的行为意向,赞成在工作中使用PPE;仅有17.5%的调查对象不赞成在工作中使用PPE。结论要进一步提高传染科护士使用PPE的行为意向,如定期举办护士使用PPE的培训班,强调使用PPE的重要性,配备充足的人力资源等,特别应注重对其正性主观行为规范的培养。
Objective To survey behavioral intentions toward using personal protective equipments （PPEs） of nurses. Meth- ods The modified version of behavioral intention of nurses toward using PPE was used to investigate 126 nurses at infectious disease department in two tertiary-level hospitals in Chengdu. Results Most of nurses were positive for the behavioral intentions toward using PPE. Conclusion In order to further promote the usage of PPEs by nurses at the department of infectious disease, regularly training course, mechanization of the importance of the usage of PPEs and sufficient human resources allocation are needed. Furthermore, the most importance is to cultivate subjective norm of the nurses.
