摘要
采用化学预处理法改善碳纤维性能的方法,即采用一种还原性的金属盐水溶液对纤维进行预处理。实验结果表明,化学预处理并未破坏预氧丝外观,金属盐水溶液浓度在0.3%~0.4%时预氧丝的皮芯结构较好,处理时间2~4 min后预氧丝密度增加,最终使碳纤维力学性能都有较大的提高,为碳纤维的生产与研制提供了一种新的方法。
The paper discusses a kind of method that adopts the chemical pretreatment to improve the properties of carbon fiber,which means preprocessing carbon fiber by using a kind of reducing metal salt aqueous solution.The experimental result shows as followed.The appearance of preoxidized fiber did not be destroyed by the chemical pretreatment.The skin-core structure is much better,when the solution at a concentration of 0.3%~0.4%.The density of precoxidized fiber increases after process time 2~4 min so that makes the mechanical properties of carbon fiber improved greatly.This experiment provides a new method for the production and development of carbon fiber.
