摘要
为了寻求一种理想替代肌腱、韧带的材料,我们应用聚丙烯腈碳纤维替代家兔前交叉韧带,通过动物移植代替后进行生化检查,分期大体标本的观察及其病理检查,结果表明聚丙烯腈碳纤维可完全替代家兔前交叉韧带功能,并在替代的碳纤维表面产生一薄层纤维包膜,并逐渐增厚,碳纤维束在关节内诱导新生纤维组织缓慢。其对机体无毒性,异物反应甚微,组织相容性良好,是较理想的生物代替材料之一。
In order to find a ideal material to replace the ligament and tendon. Polyacrylonitrile carbon fibre was implanted as substitutes for anterior cruciate ligament of 8 rabbits. Biochemical examination, gross and histological observation was made by difference stages. The results showed that polyacrylonitrile carbon fibre was able to replace the function of anterior cruciate ligament of the rabbits. A thin connective tissure membrane was found in the surface of the carbon fibre. The membrane become thick gradually. It is very slowly to induce new connective tissue intrarticular. No toxicity reaction was found.It is concluded that the polyacrylonitrile carbon fibre is one of the most ideal biological materials.
