摘要
本文观察了戊脉安(10.0μg/ml)对小鼠L_(1210)白血病细胞体外作用的超微结构变化。结果发现,药物作用一段时间后,细胞超微结构变化明显。药物作用24小时,可见线粒体肿胀、破裂及嵴消失,细胞核膜皱缩;作用48小时,可见1/7～1/8细胞破碎死亡,大部分线粒体膜破裂,粗面内质网扩张呈囊泡化。部分核出现核质溶解、核固缩和核破裂等现象。实验组A型病毒颗粒分布与对照组差别不大。
The ultrastructural changes of leukmia L_(1210) cells treated by verapamil (10.0μg/ml)were observed in this report. The changes of L_(1210)cells 24 h after verapamil were severe swelling of some mitochondria with fracture and disappearance of inner cristae. Complex folds of nuclear membrane were also seen. 48 h results showed that 1/8～1/7 cells were dead with pyknosis, karyorrhexis, karyolysis. Most mitochondria were severe frac. tured.
