摘要
报告体外循环心脏手术后神经系统并发症昏迷5例.3例考虑为缺氧性脑病,1例考虑为颅内出血.本文涉及其临床表现。
5 cases with cerebral complications followed by cardiopulmonary bypass and open heart operation were reported.Two patients with cerebral embolism,two with intracranial hemorrhage and one with cerebral anoxia.The clinical symptom,pathogeny,preventive meas-ure and treatment for the complication were discussed.
