摘要
本文采用体外培养的L_(1210)细胞株,研究了戊脉安的体外抗肿瘤作用.发现戊脉安对L_1210细胞的生长有一定的抑制作用,且呈剂量相关,并能显著降低L_1210细胞的分裂指数.其抗肮瘤作用与细胞外钙离子浓度无关.
The effect of verapamil on L_(1210)leukemia cells in vitro were studied.The results showed that verapamil had certain dose-related inhibitory effects on the growth of L_(1210)cells and the mitotic index of L_(1210)cells.No relationship was observed between the antitumour effects and extracellular Ca^(2+)concentrations.
