摘要
本文报道四溴荧光素二乙酸酯(25号)及四碘荧光素二乙酸酯(24号)小鼠单次腹腔注射LD_50分别为1047.1 mg/kg,608.64mg/kg.以LD_50 1/10剂量,每日1次腹腔注射,连续7次,对小鼠移植性肿瘤S180有抑制作用,抑瘤率分别为31%,19%.实验中未见小鼠有脱毛现象.
In this article was reported 50%lethal dose of Tetrabromofluorescein diacetate after intraperitoneal in- jections singularly in mice was 1047.10+88.Olmg/kg;50%lethal dose of Tetraiodofluorescein diacetate was 608.64+49.53mg/kg. The inhibitory effects of Tetrabromofluorescein diacetate and Tetraiodofluorescein diacetate on the transplantedmouse tumours Sarcoma 180 after intraperitoneal injections in mice were as follows: Name Dose Inhibitory rate Tetrabromofluorescein diacetate 100mg/kg 31% Tetraiodofluorescein diacetate 60mg/kg 19% In the mean time,alopecia universalis could not be observed.
