The form of industry-university-research is an effective way of accelerating the transformation of university innovation of science and technology achievement.It can integrate the government,enterprise and university.The correct orientation of the relationship between enterprise and university can improve university innovation ability and achieve the object of low-investment and high-profit in enterprise.In this way,enterprise and university can realize mutual benefit and win-win.
