摘要
介绍了宣钢采用微氮合金技术生产HRB335螺纹钢的生产工艺,从批量试生产产品中抽取100组试样进行了化学成分和力学性能检测,检测结果均达到宣钢的目标值要求,降低了生产成本。针对力学性能波动较大的问题,下一步将进行深入研究。
It is introduced the process to produce HRB335 deformed steel bar with micro-nitrogen alloying technique in Xuan Steel.One hundred groups of sample extracted from trial batch produced products are tested in their chemical composition and mechanical properties,and all the test result reaches the target value of Xuan Steel and the cost reduced.The relative large fluctuation of mechanical properties would be deeply studied at the next step.
