摘要
对宣钢4#高炉(有效容积1 800 m3)中修开炉及达产的生产操作经验进行了总结。通过对开炉前的精心准备,如清除炉缸焦炭、烘炉操作、系统试压检漏、配料及装料、布料测定等,制定详细周密的开炉方案以及合理准确的操作制度,炉况调剂准确得当,实现了高炉顺利开炉并快速达产。
It is concluded the production operation experience of blowing up and reaching to rated output after medium repair in 4# blast furnace of Xuan Steel（effective volume 1 800 m3）.With careful preparation before blowing up such as： clearing up coke in hearth,drying furnace operation,testing system pressure and hunting leak,measuring charge proportioning,loading and distributing and etc.,and making fulfill detailed program for blowing up and reasonable and accurate operation system,and consequently the furnace condition is adjusted accurate and suitable,and the blast furnace got smoothly blown up and fast reached its rated output.
