摘要
利用CMC离子交换层析结合Sephadex G50层析建立了(1)CMC—G50,(2)G50—CMC-G25纯化胰岛素的工艺路线。胰岛素在CMC和Sephadex G50柱上的回收率分别为88.4%和85.9%。通过此工艺,纯化倍数可达22～28倍,胰岛素电泳效价大于26u/mg。
The methods for purification of insulin by (1) CMC-G50, and (2) G50-CMC-G25 were investigated. The recovery rates of insulin of CMC and G50 columns were 88.4% and 85.9%, respectively. Purification of insulin was carried out about 22～28 times by these two methods. Electrophoresis potency of insulin after purification was 26 u/mg or more.
