摘要
建立了阴离子交换色谱法定量分析私炒炸药中硝酸铵含量的方法。采用AS19阴离子交换色谱柱分离样品,电导检测器测定硝酸铵含量。线性方程为Y=1.7767C+0.0651,相关系数r=0.9998,线性范围为1～30 mg/L,最低检测浓度为0.0195mg/L,平均回收率为98.81%,相对标准偏差0.507%。该方法具有操作简便,灵敏、准确、重现性好等特点,适用于公安基层办案工作的需要。
A new method for determination of the content of ammonium nitrate in private speculation explosive samples by anion exchange chromatography was developed.The anion exchange chromatography analysis was carried out by AS19 anion exchange column and conductivity detector（ECD）.The linear equation was Y=1.7767C＋0.0651,with r=0.9998.The linear range was 1~30 mg/L and the limit of detection was 0.0195 mg/L.The average recoveries were 98.81%and RSD=0.507%.The method was simple,rapid and sensitive.A useful method for determining ammonium nitrate in private speculation explosive samples was provided for chemical analysis.
