摘要
构建黄浦江上游水源地预警监测系统对上海市的饮用水安全有着至关重要的作用。能够进入水体的污染物种类繁多,在现有的经济技术条件下只允许对少量的污染物进行预警监测,由此必须对监测因子做出筛选。通过分析主要超标污染物、突发性水环境污染事故特征、常规理化监测和污染物通量监测需求,并结合对现有在线监测技术的分析,提出黄浦江上游水源地的水质预警监测因子,包括水温、pH值、溶解氧、电导率,浊度、高锰酸盐指数、总有机碳、氨氮、总磷、石油类,挥发性有机物和流量。
It is crucial for the safety of drinking water in Shanghai to build an early warning and monitoring system for water source on the upper reaches of Huangpu River. Due to the current condition of economy and technique, only can a small part of pollutants be early warmed and monitored, though the water pollutants are very great in category. So indicators should be screened. The key water pollutants, the characteristic of environmental pollution accidents and the demand of conventional monitoring were discussed for the alternative of pollution indicators, and the real-time monitoring techniques were also taken into consideration. Based on an overall consideration of various factors, the pollution indicators for the early warning system were put forward, including water temperature, pH, DO, conductivity, turbidity, CODMc, TOC, NH3-N, TP, Oil, VOC and flow.
