摘要
分析了教育装备的特点,给出了评价指标体系的内容,通过分析目前的效能评价方法的优劣后,给出出基于ADC(availability dependability capacity)法对教育装备效能量化评价的具体方法。对于其中的核心能力矩阵问题采用层次分析法解决,同时利用加速遗传算法对层次分析法中的判断矩阵进行优化,增强了能力矩阵的稳定性,最终通过实例验证ADC-AHP-AGA相结合的方法在教育装备效能评价中的可行性。
The characteristic of education equipment is analyzed and, the evaluation index system is elaborated. Compared with usual methods of evaluation efficiency, the ADC is introduced to education. The AHP is used to deal with its core capacity matrix, and the AGA is used to optimize the judgment matrix in AHP to reinforce the stability of capacity matrix. Finally, experiments verified that it is feasible by using the combining way of ADC, AHP, and AGA to evaluate the efficiency of education equipment.
