摘要
为适应药物制剂质量不断改进的需求,对药用辅料的性能要求也随之提高。本文阐述了当今片剂辅料的研究开发动态,着重于直接压片、水分散体系包衣及天然资源利用等方面。
The research and development of pharmaceutical adjuvants seemimperative in order to meet the unceasingly rising demand in the quality ofpharmaceutics. This article reviews the recent aspects in tablet excipients, parti-cularly in the direct compression fillers, aqueous dispersed coating materialsand the utilization of natural resources or wastes.
