摘要
目的在全国范围内对连翘种质资源进行调查、收集和整理,为连翘种质资源的综合评价及优良种质的筛选奠定基础。方法从查阅文献入手,结合市场产销信息和网络信息等,前往产区对全国范围内连翘种质资源情况进行实地调查,并收集种质资源。结果与结论对全国5省19个产区连翘进行了种质资源的调查收集,获得了连翘不同居群的生态环境、生长特性、产销及使用情况等,并在山西平顺建立了连翘种质资源圃。
Objective To investigate, collect and arrange the germplasm resources of Forsythiae Fructus in the areas of China, and lay a foundation for the comprehensive evaluation and the screen of excellent germplasm of Forsythiae Fructus. Methods The relevant documents and the information of the production and trade were consulted. A field study was conducted by investigating the germplasm resources of Forsythiae Fructus all through China and different recources were collected. Results and Conclusion The germplasm resources of Forsythiae Fructus in nineteen producing areas of five provinces were collected, and the information of Forsythiae Fructus on their different habitats, the character of growing, the history of planting were obtaind. At the same time, the germplasm resource garden was established in Pingshun.
