为加强财务管理和财务监督 ,确保国有资产的保值增值 ,提高企业经济效益 ,提出国有企业 ,特别是大中型集团化经营的国有企业 ,应根据形势发展和实际工作的需要设置财务总监岗位。
Strengthening financial management and supervision,ensuring the stability and rise in value of state assets and increasing the economic profit of enterprises,state owned enterprises,especially those large and medium sized enterprise groups,require chief financial supervisor in accordance with the developing circumstances and the actual work.
