摘要
目的比较不同炮制方法对马兜铃中主要马兜铃酸类物质含量的影响。方法借鉴传统中药炮制经验,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对马兜铃及各个炮制品中马兜铃酸类物质的含量进行同时检测,以其含量变化的大小为评价指标对不同炮制方法的减毒潜力进行比较。结果各炮制品中马兜铃酸类物质(AAs)含量下降比例按降序排列依次为:碱制-醋制、碱制、蜜炙、盐炙、姜炙、炒焦和醋制。结论炮制后,几种主要的马兜铃酸类物质的含量均较生品有所降低,炮制能降低马兜铃的毒性。
Objective To investigate the effect of various drug processing technologies on the contents of aristoloehic acid ana- logues (AAs). Methods To simultaneously determine the contents of several main AAs in Aristoloehia contorta Bunge and its pro- cessed materials, then evaluate the de - toxification potential of various processing technogies. Results The contents of AAs in va- rious proeessed products decrease in the following order : alkali - vinegar - processed, alkali - processed, honey - toasted, salt - processed, ginger - processed, parching product and vinegar - processed. Conclusion The contents of several main AAs will de- crease after being processed, which indicates that the toxicity of Aristolochia contorta Bunge can be decreased significantly.
