摘要 试验旨在研究饥饿素对鲫鱼(Carassius auratus L.)生长性能的影响。设1个对照组和1个试验组,对照组鲫鱼饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮的基础上添加2.2 g/kg饥饿素,每组4个重复,每个重复40尾鱼。结果表明:饲养8周后,试验组鱼的终末均重为2.34 g,较对照组提高10.90%(P<0.05);增重率为155.68%,较对照组提高19.81%(P<0.05);特定生长率为1.68%,较对照组提高13.51%(P<0.05);日采食量为0.073 g,比对照组提高17.74%,差异显著(P<0.05);饲料蛋白质利用效率为0.93%,较对照组提高5.48%(P>0.05);饵料系数为2.90,较对照组有所降低(P>0.05);存活率为100.00%,高于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此可见,在饲料中添加2.2 g/kg的饥饿素对鲫鱼生长性能具有明显的促进作用,且对其存活率无不良影响。 The effects of ghrelin on growth performance in Carassius auratus L.were studied.Three hundred and twenty fishes with body weight about 0.9 g were allotted to 2 dietary treatments with 4 replicates of 40 each (control group and ghrelin-treated group).Ghrelin-treated group was supplemented with 2.2 g/kg ghrelin in basal diets.The period lasted for eight weeks.The results showed as follows:The final average weight,weight gain rate and specific growth rate of ghrelintreated group were all significantly higher than those of the control group (P 〈 0.05) ; the feed intake was also obviously higher than that of control group(P 〈 0.05 ).The protein efficiency ratio of ghrelin-treated group was higher than that of the control group, but no significant difference was found(P 〉 0.05).There was also no significant difference in feed efficiency and survival rate between two dietary treatments (P 〉 0.05).The result indicated that adding 2.2 g/kg ghrelin in the basal diet could improve the growth performance of Cauratus L.
