响应面法优化桦褐孔菌总酚的超声提取工艺 被引量:3

Optimization of Ultrasonic-assisted Extraction of Total Phenols from Inonotus obliquus by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 以桦褐孔菌总酚得率为指标,在单因素试验基础上,根据中心组合试验设计原理,采用三因素三水平的响应面设计方法对超声提取过程中影响总酚得率的乙醇浓度、超声温度及时间进行优化。结果表明桦褐孔菌总酚超声提取的最佳工艺条件为:采用55%乙醇,料液比1∶30,在52℃下超声提取40 min,在此最佳条件下,总酚得率为19.42 mg/g,实验结果与模型预测值相符,相对误差为+0.78%。 With the Extraction rate of total phenols as response value the ethanol concentration ultrasonic-assisted extraction temperature and extraction time were optimized by response surface methodology with 3 factors and 3 levels based on single factor experiments. The optimal extraction conditions were ethanol concentration 55% liquid-material ratio of 1: 30 extraction temperature 52 ℃ and extraction time 40 min for extraction total phenols from lnonotus obliquus. Under these conditions the maximal yield of total phenols reached 19.42 mg/g which was agreed with model predictions for the relative error of + 0.78%.
